Walden Test Drive Entry Rules

1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter the Walden Test Drive contest ("The Contest"), visit your local participating Walden Guitars dealer to play one or more Walden guitars in the store. You will then be asked to fill out an evaluation form, which will be your entry into the contest. You may participate as many times as you like. All evaluation forms will be submitted to Walden Guitars directly from participating dealers.
2. Eligibility: Contestants must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth below. To enter this Contest you must be a lawful permanent resident of any of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and must physically reside therein at the time of entry. The Contest is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Contest and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only within the United States. EMPLOYEES OF KHS AMERICA and each of its affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. *For purposes of clarity any person employed at any time from January 1, 2011 through the conclusion of the Contest will be considered an "Employee". All entrants, or entrant's guardian, must complete a Registration Form, and an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") in order to enter this Contest and to qualify for any prize. Entrants must complete an official registration form (the "Registration Form") available at participating Walden Guitars dealers before the end of the contest entry period of September 1st, 2011 through December 31, 2011. Completing the Registration Form requires the entrant to play a Walden or Hawthorne brand guitar while in the participating dealer, and to provide feedback on their playing experience. Acceptance of any travel prize by a minor will require a legal guardian to accompany said minor on any events in regards to the Contest.
3. Prizes: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Expense-paid trip for two to Nashville, Tennessee for three days and two nights, including a show in downtown (show will be determined by Walden Guitars), and the winner's choice of a Walden Guitar available from Walden Guitars' artist inventory. Five (5) FIRST PRIZES: A Walden Madera Guitar available from current inventory.
4. Contest Conditions: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Walden Guitars and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. Walden Guitars reserves the right to make changes or additions to these rules and/or change the dates of the Contest at any time. Entrants are responsible for all taxes, expenses and other costs not covered in these Rules.
